ARA (“now” in catalan) is just a moment, little, tiny moment, but very real. ARA is first of all eleven actors and then a script specifically written for them.
That’s why I decided to share ARA with the people I love, with the musicians I admire, all of them fundamental persons in my life and in my musical career. That’s why this music was recorded 100% live, with all the musicians playing at the same time and in the same room, sharing this beautiful moment with a respectful and attentive audience, in an atmosphere of respect, risk, surprise, generosity, free interaction and the willingness to communicate
ARA is this feeling, this source of inspiration, is how I try to live music and life (parts of the same thing) day by day.
Verd i Blau
Tu i jo (Un fràgil corall, 2011). Music and lyrics by Vic Moliner
Verd i Blau is my first project as a composer, lyricist and bandleader, where I’ve poured in the music, lyrics and other musical ideas in the two discs that we’ve published, Tocar l’horitzó (2013) and Un fràgil corall (2011).
Verd i Blau is pop and jazz at the same time; it’s equally music and words. The originality of my songs acquire a subtle energetic dimension that confers its genuine nature thanks to the companionship of Judit Neddermann, Adrià Plana, Xavi Torres and Andreu Moreno. See for yourself with our videos and discs.

Els Tres Tenors (The Three Tenors)
While my guitar gently weeps
Arrangement by Vic Moliner
The three wise men; the three pigs; the three drums; the triplets ; the three Musketeers… are stories that have fantasy as their core. The three tenors are not a dream; they are six young voices with great personality and projection within our territory. Although they live in outside the country they come together for a common project.
We find three completely different tenor saxophones each one with a particular sound (Cèsar Joaniquet, Gianni Gagliardi AND Lluc Casares). They come together with potent and virtuoso rhythm section formed by Xavi Torres at the piano, Joan Terol with the drums and Vic Moliner at the bass.
